European Trainers Academy

UPDATE: Due to concerns around the Covid-19 virus, this event will not take place on 27 March 2020. Please stay tuned for the rescheduled date.

European Trainers Academy is a project that will establish an ELF framework for training of trainers in order to further promote capacity building and improve the quality of training across the liberal network.

Training is an essential ingredient in effective management of any organisation. Training ensures that the organisation consists of effective and productive members by increasing their knowledge and skill base. It standardises work outputs, develops an esprit d’corps and contributes to stability and flexibility of the organisation. For this reason, it is important to adopt a systematic approach to training and talent development.

Trainings offered in the framework of the European Trainers Academy will be tailored to different levels of skills and knowledge of participants identified as intermediate and advanced, depending in particular on levels of experience in implementation of international trainings. Most talented participants will be invited to enter the ELF Trainers Database which will be at disposal of ELF members for their trainings and seminars.

Each applicant can apply to 1 training on the training program offered by the Academy in 2020.

Event schedule:

1. Intermediate level (national trainers) – 27th-29th March 2020, the Hague, the Netherlands

2. Advanced level (international trainers) – 24th-26th April, London, UK
