Over the past years, the public and political debate on the future of the EU has undergone a transformation. While in the past the black-or-white, for-or-against message was enough to rally people to vote for a party, now vision and substance are demanded. New developments sometimes require paradigm shifts from actors involved. Especially for political actors, this can be hard.
The Hybrid Hackaton ‘Hacking Europe’s Future’ is a way of escaping the daily political reality. Through intense brainstorming this project creates an open space for radical reform ideas regarding substance as well as the style of communication about the EU. No hacking skills required, just a creative mind.
