ELF Academy is proud to present the Civic Platform for Young Liberal Activists (CPLA), where young people from BiH, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Northern Macedonia work together to promote active citizenship.

Many of the social problems present in Southeast Europe, such as unemployment, low political participation, migration, high brain drain, the highest youth unemployment rates in Europe, and lower youth political participation rates, require a systematic approach and thorough analysis that can result in change and progress.

CPLA will be running campaigns on a number of topics which aim to activate young citizens in Western Balkans.

The first campaign highlights the importance of developing empathy in children by making it a part of regular school programmes in schools across south-east Europe. Are you a young person who wants to contribute to a better society? Want to join your voice with other young people across Western Balkans and address the issues that matter the most?
