This event is following the first and second session of European Trainers Academy and is not subject to registration.

The European Trainers Academy establishes an ELF framework for training of trainers to promote capacity building and improve the quality of training across the European liberal network.

The European Trainers Academy widens and deepens the training of trainers’ infrastructure by offering tailored trainings to intermediate trainers (already active at national level) and advanced trainers (already active at international level) from European liberal organisations.

This intermediate training in Stockholm is tailored to people who are are trained as a trainer at the national level and already facilitate trainings. The focus is on learning more about facilitating trainings in an international context. In this intermediate training, participants can expect to:

• discuss what is expected of a training in different countries
• learn how to prepare for a training in an international setting
• touch upon intercultural communication
• have ample time for peer review, sharing of experiences and reflection
