Join Discussion Tables about the Future of Europe!

Renew Europe, the centrist and third largest political group in the European Parliament, is working with Democratic Society to offer you a series of EU discussion tables in 25 European Member States, feeding into the Conference on the Future of Europe.

It is a great opportunity for your members and affiliates and their friends, to make their voices heard from all corners of Europe! We go to them locally, in their language.

Please find attached here a draft email (in English) you can use to promote this opportunity to everyone you like!

Participants have until November 11 to apply to this great adventure!

What is the objective?

Our aim is to gather voices from all around Europe, by simultaneously organizing over 80 group discussions around Europe on the biggest challenges facing the EU.  A final plenary session in February will bring together citizens’ priorities from across Europe to serve as input for the Conference on the Future of Europe.

How the events will be run?

  • The citizens’ Discussion Tables will take place in three rounds. We aim to select small groups of participants who are broadly demographically representative of Europe’s population. We are also keen to select participants to represent the widest possible range in terms of age, gender and education. Each Discussion Table will be moderated.

Draft programme

The European Liberal Forum is undergoing a website revamp process. To help guide the process we would be grateful if you could complete the following survey.

We want to involve as much of our community as possible, and as the people who interact with our brand, your opinion really matters. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Thank you, we really appreciate your time.
