Liberal Europe Podcast (In Lockdown) – Episode 26 – Ann Cathrin Riedel

The Liberal Europe Podcast (In Lockdown) series is a project that is, in many ways, an extension of ELF’s Liberties in Lockdown online event series. It hopes to act as a continuation of the discussions that take place during these webinars, of which COVID-19’s impact on our society is the central focus. For the first discussion on this theme, host of the podcast Ricardo Silvestre (Movimento Liberal Social) speaks with Ann Cathrin Riedel, Chairwomen of the LOAD Association for Liberal Internet Policies. They talk about the new apps being developed that could potentially track people suspected of being infected with the virus, and the importance of having technology that focuses on the human side of the pandemic.
