European Women’s Academy East Europe (EWA EAST) is a state-of-the-art training programme for women aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of Eastern European female current and future leaders in order to become more influential in their career. The goal of the programme is to help you design your own strategy for implementing your future projects, your public communications skills and your personal brand management. In order to formalise your application for participation, please fill in the following application form.
The Academy takes 6 month and consists of three sessions and an online mentoring programme in between. The participation in all three sessions is compulsory. Only participants who attended the three sessions and successfully passed the graduation exam will be awarded a diploma and access to the EWA network.
EWA East is a programme focusing on the region of East and Southeast Europe. In order to apply you need to be a national or resident of one of the following countries: Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine.

Session I: 12-15 March 2020, Varna, Bulgaria –Values, Targets and Strategy
Session II: 18 – 21 June 2020, Bansko, Bulgaria – Image Building
Session III: 17 – 20 September 2020, Sofia, Bulgaria – Tactics and Tools for Immediate Success
