EU Mentorship is a European Liberal Forum project organised by the Boris Divkovic Foundation and D66 International. For a second year in a row now, it gathered politicians from liberal parties in the Western Balkans to talk about both the region’s and EU’s policy regarding enlargement of the European Union. At the end of the project, the participants write the so-called ‘Reverse Report Publication’, as a response to the European Commission’s annual country reports, and offer a liberal perspective on their countries’ current political situation. This year’s publication is called ‘Pro-European Voices in the Western Balkans: A Liberal Perspective on the Enlargement of the European Union’ and it is the result of work done by politicians from five political parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
