Amid the current stormy waters of the Kremlin’s relationship with the EU, there is a continuing need to engage with Russian citizens and support civil society. To this end, we will discuss experiences of civic and political engagement with a group of European and Russian discussants. What differences and what commonalities do we experience? What can we learn from each other? And how can we further engage in the future?
