The issue of migration is usually discussed as a human and civil rights issue while the other aspects of this topic are forgotten. At this event we wish to discuss migration from an economic point of view with special attention to it’s effects on labour market. Lithuanian Free Market Institute has done a research that helps us meet this topic. We think the results of this study are really helpful to get closer to labour market perspectives of migration. A presentation of the study can also serve as a starting point for the following roundtable discussion and debate.
