Participants will learn and exchange best practices in lobbying and negotiating for their policy proposals with key stakeholders, including political organizations, think tanks and civil society organizations. The program will be based from the perspective of a think tank, civil society organization or a political activist looking to influence the government or any other decision maker in the policy process. Participants will learn to prepare for negotiations and lobbying, analyze key stakeholders, create plans and simulate implementation in role playing games.
